I would like to thank Bill from RainCity Pest Control. We had a steady stream of ants show up in our basement and we could not find the source as there were no signs of entry from our exterior walls and doors. Bill arrived promptly and did a thorough inspection and determined the access point was from our foundation. He prepared multiple ant traps and strategically placed them in the hotspots. He put us at ease by assuring us that the type of ants in our home were non destructive. He also advised us that although his method of pest removal would take a little longer it would eliminate the ants at the source. Even with this longer time projection for removal I am happy to already see a significant improvement within the first few hours of treatment. Bill also assured us complete satisfaction and would employ additional measures should the ants return.
