Mouse and rat prices depend on the size of the home and the number of kitchens and bathrooms. A home with an extra kitchen, such as a rental suite, costs more. Higher wasp nests are quoted on the call.
What your price includes
One price, no contracts
Mice and rats
- A first visit: we seal entry points outside, then bait and seal holes in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room, and set traps.
- A follow-up visit two weeks later.
- Every return visit until the problem is solved. Most homes are done in two visits.
- No contract. You pay once, at the first visit.
Wasps and hornets
- One nest under 25 feet, from $175 plus GST.
- If the wasps come back to that nest the same season, we come back at no charge.
- No contract.
Everything else
- Ants, bed bugs, cockroaches, birds, wildlife, and more.
- The price depends on the pest and the size of the home.
- The quote is free, on the call.
How a mouse or rat job goes
Four steps, start to finish
You call, we quote
We quote the job on that call. For mice and rats the price depends on the number of kitchens and bathrooms in the home.
Outside the home
We inspect the outside of the building for entry points and seal the ones we find.
Inside the home
We bait and seal holes in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, and other key areas, and we set traps.
The follow-up visit
We come back for a follow-up visit two weeks after the first service.
Questions about our prices
How much does mouse or rat control cost?
Mouse and rat control starts at $350 for a condo, $395 for a townhouse, and $450 for a detached home, plus GST. The price depends on the size of the home and the number of kitchens and bathrooms.
Why do the prices say "from"?
These are our starting prices. A bigger home, more kitchens and bathrooms, or a rental suite with its own kitchen moves the price up. The wasp price is for a nest under 25 feet.
Do your prices include GST?
No. Every price on this page is plus GST.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We do not use contracts. The only ongoing service we offer is an optional monthly program for the outside of the building, and you can cancel it any time.
When do I pay?
You pay once, at the first visit. The follow-up visit and any return visits for that job are included.
What if the mice or rats are still there after the follow-up?
We find out why, fix it, and keep coming back until the problem is solved, at no extra charge. That is part of the one price.
Can the price change when you arrive?
Your price is set on the call, from what you tell us about the home. If the home turns out to be different, for example an extra suite with its own kitchen, the price can change.
Is the quote free?
Yes. Call us or send the form and you get your price before any work is booked.
