Yes. We use the least-invasive, lowest-risk products that will solve your problem, and we always walk you through exactly what’s being applied, where, and how long to keep kids and pets clear of treated areas. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, tell us — we’ll plan around them.
In most cases, we can be on-site within 24–48 hours. Urgent issues — wasp nests near entryways, active rodent infestations, bedbugs — get priority scheduling.
Both. Some problems are one-and-done. Others — like rodents in older homes or seasonal ants — are easier and cheaper to manage with quarterly visits. We’ll recommend what makes sense and never push you toward more service than you need.
Almost never for standard treatments. Bedbug and heat treatments are the exception. We’ll always tell you in advance if any prep or temporary absence is required.
Yes — most of our treatments come with a service warranty. If the pest returns within the warranty period, so do we, at no extra charge. The specifics depend on the pest and the service plan, and we’ll spell it out in writing before any work begins.
It depends on the pest, the property size, and the scope of work. Quotes are free and we don’t charge for inspections in most cases. Call or request a quote online and we’ll give you a straight number.
