How a RainCity Job Works
From your first call to the follow-up visit
Every job starts the same way. You call or send the form and you get your price on that call. Here is how a mouse or rat job goes from there.
You call, we quote
We quote the job on that call. For mice and rats the price depends on the number of kitchens and bathrooms in the home.
Outside the home
We inspect the outside of the building for entry points and seal the ones we find.
Inside the home
We bait and seal holes in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, and other key areas, and we set traps.
The follow-up visit
We come back for a follow-up visit two weeks after the first service.
What it costs
Mouse and rat jobs start at $350 for a condo, $395 for a townhouse, and $450 for a detached home, plus GST. See our prices for wasps and other pests.
