RainCity Pest Control was founded in 2021 with a simple goal: to give homes and businesses across the Lower Mainland honest, reliable pest control they can count on. We’re a locally owned, family-run company serving communities from Squamish to Chilliwack — your neighbours, not a faceless national chain. RainCity is led by co-founders Bill Green, Shane Roberts, and Simon Bradley, whose leadership brings more than 50 years of combined experience in the pest management industry. That depth of knowledge shows up in everything we do, from accurate identification of the problem to lasting solutions that actually keep pests away. Bill leads our sales, marketing, and training, setting the standard our technicians are held to. Simon oversees training and account inspections, making sure every job meets that standard out in the field. And Shane keeps the operation running smoothly behind the scenes — scheduling, administration, and looking after our customers from first call to final invoice.
